KILMORE MAUSOLEUM

It’s very well known that the Irish “do death very well.” So when it came to a major restoration of historically significant mausoleum, we were thrilled to be offered the brief. The mausoleum was perilously close to collapse, so the first job was to secure the structure and protect the sarcophagi inside. Fulfilling strict heritage requirements, we were able to draw upon a vast skill set of stonemasons to restore the Kilmore mausoleum in a historically accurate manner.

“I have no hesitation in highly recommending Sweeney Architects provided an expert, timely, competitively priced and at all times professional service in helping us to complete the restoration of a listed building with all of the challenges that come with such work. Nick either took phone call or replied promptly which was very important to me and I have no hesitation in highly recommending.” Joe O’Beirne, Client
