Sweeney Architects were employed by Ballinamuck 98 Memorial Hall Committee to upgrade roof on the Old R.I.C. Barracks to front of Ballinamuck 98 Hall Committee community facility. The project was a phased project and involved the upgrade of roof on community facility which is also a listed building (Sweeney Architects prepared a conservation report on Hall). The project also involved the removal of old roof, upgrading of timbers, reinstatement of original slate roof, including a small amount of stonework, there are two side walls leaking and the removal of sand cement render to gable walls. Sweeney Architects provided conservation, project management, PSDP and certification of works.
